We’ll take you through an individual Wellness assessment process to help you make the most of your new membership, right from the start.
We will take the time to understand your current level of fitness and your fitness goals. You’ll receive a complimentary InBody™ biometric scan to measure your body water and body fat, so you can track progress beyond the scale.
You’ll get a tutorial of our equipment and how to optimize your workout using our Kinective Live ecosystem of smart technology and connected devices, including our Kinective app.

Track your progress in real time
Our entire facility is equipped with smart technology and connected devices that together make up the Kinective Live ecosystem.
Using the Kinective app, you can sync with our Technogym® equipment to automatically record and save your workout details, which helps you and your Kinective trainer track your progress and set goals. Our Technogym® cardio equipment lets you virtually challenge members on other machines. Displays throughout the facility let you monitor your heart rate and other performance metrics when you’re logged in to Kinective Live. It’s an ecosystem designed to motivate, empower, and reward.
