Tailoring your training by monitoring your heart rate is a great way to optimize your performance and reach your goals faster. Our group classes and training sessions utilize the latest technology to create fun and challenging workouts designed to keep you in the zone.
When you’re logged into the Kinective Live ecosystem, you’ll be able to monitor your heart rate on large displays as you work through carefully crafted sessions set to energizing music. Knowing how much time you’re spending in each of five target zones—from max effort to active recovery—helps you focus your training efforts and work more efficiently. Plus, being able to see how others are performing during class can give you that extra boost of motivation.

The app syncs with our Technogym® equipment to automatically record and save your workout details, such as number of sets and reps, mileage, and speed. It also syncs with our Kinective heart rate monitor so you can track your workout intensity in the app and on digital displays located throughout the facility, including our exercise class studios.
Sign up for classes, book a relaxing massage, order nutritious meals from the Zest Cafe, interact with other members, and more, all with the Kinective app.
