Our dedicated circuit-training space is built for the ultimate test of strength and endurance. Surge has two dedicated studios for high-intensity, instructor-led classes:

· An open Crossfit studio stocked with brand new equipment

· A circuit-training studio with brand new SKILLMILL™ treadmills, SKILLROW™ indoor rowing machines, and fully equipped workout stations

Both studios support TRX classes, are Kinective Live enabled, and feature monitors to help guide your workout and display your heart rate in real time.

Metcon

The goal of a metcon session should be to achieve and sustain a high effort output over a short period of time, with as little rest as possible between work to make your body more energy-efficient, or fitter.

To those of you that don’t know where to start, we will do our best to dedicate as much time to each and every one of you as possible, explaining you the art of the learning process is feeling out repetitions without someone staring at you. Partner WOD

Partner WODs add a new dynamic. You’re working in a team. It’s different than when you’re on your own. You still have to do your best but you also need to help your partner be his/her best. They can vary and focus on a METCON or a Strength type of workout.

TRX Cardio Blast

This class focuses on improving your cardio and building muscular endurance, while promoting weight loss and burning calories. Watch your heart rate soar with multiple rounds of strength + cardio work using the TRX Suspension Trainer and other Functional Training Tools.

TRX Strength Focus

TRX Strength Focus will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer, this classes emphasize the development of quality functional strength and lean muscle mass, you will still get a healthy dose of heart-pumping conditioning drills to reset your system and give you an extra challenge in each session.
